Physiotherapy Pilates
Personal training sessions customised to your goals and needs

Personal training sessions customised to your goals and needs
In order to monitor progress objectively, all clients complete appropriate research questionnaires at the start, during, and at the completion of the rehabilitation phase of treatment. Clinical research over the last 25 years has shown that within 5 sessions there is a significant improvement in pain levels and perceived disability, with most clients finishing the rehabilitation phase between 8-12 sessions.

Rehabilitation Pilates vs. Conditioning Pilates
Pilates Plus offers training programmes designed to address both Rehabilitation and Conditioning needs. Typically, Rehabilitation clients have ongoing pain, structural, or movement dysfunctions that require close attention and continual adaptation of treatment.
A typical Conditioning client generally does not experience significant pain or restriction of daily movement and is instead focused on building overall strength and muscle tone. As such, their progress will be more rapid and the difficulty of their exercises more challenging. See FAQ for more information
Goal-focused Treatment for you
All clients are assessed before they can book a 1:1 session.
This enables us to create a goal-focused treatment plan targeting your specific needs. We will schedule a call to discuss your needs and determine if we are a good fit to work together and the next plan of action.
